• You MUST print this waiver, have you and your parent/guardian sign it, and BRING IT WITH YOU
• If you forget to bring your waiver, you will have TWO options
  • You bring your parent/guardian inside to sign a copy
  • You go to your parent/guardian, print the waiver, and come back with a signed copy
• There will be NO EXCEPTIONS, we WILL turn you away if you do not follow these instructions
